Free Paris, smurfs are real

The uproar and media attention regarding the impending jail sentence of Paris Hilton for driving with a suspended license, which was suspended because of drunk driving is beyond my comprehension. I am sick to death of this shallow, media drivin world we live in. We all know being born into money excuses you from all the other laws that apply to man, and putting others lives at risk is ok if you are "pretty" or "rich." Hell, look at Bush. But more than that is the total waste of time and manpower to keep her from serving her jail sentence, as though Paris serving some time in jail is one of the world's giant blemishes. Soon there will be tees, and protests, I am sure. While children are starving and dying of a multitude of diseases everyday, while countries are falling to ruin with civil wars and corrupt government, while women everywhere are being neglected and abused, even in our own country, let us spend the time and energy to free the spoiled air head socialite Paris Hilton. Let us write letters on her behalf, instead of to our congress regarding animal cruelty, high taxes, taxes, health care, safety and over all basic respect that should be allotted to all humans.

This site is a so called actual organization that is dedicated to this "cause" and I am appalled that of all the injustices in the world this gets attention. The reason why is this. This is not a group or organization, this is merely another way to market off a name and I am sure people will follow like sheep, buying tees and stickers, feeling for one minute they are associated with the so called "cool" crowd by playing the game. Heaven forbid we all donate $20 to a worthy cause, or sign petitions on behalf of actual injustices in the world. It makes me sick.

Personally if she has been wrongly accused I suggest her lawyers handle it with some kind of dignity. If not she should serve her 45 days and perhaps she will learn driving while drunk endangers others lives, not just her precious bottle blond ass. And anyone who signs a petition and spends money on a vacuous, petty, ridiculous cause such as this when our world is falling to ruin, should be ashamed of themselves.
