Random Things You Should Know about me.

I thought it was high time I shared some random things you should know about me. If you know me you probably already know these things. If you know me and you don’t know these things, shame on you. If you don’t know me. ‘Hi, I’m Carolina who the hell are you? Here are some things you need to know.’ If you don’t know me, but know these things, you are either reading my column or stalking me. In that case, ‘Hi, I’m Carolina who the hell are you?’ FYI, I’m not very fun to stalk... I tend to stalk back.

Here we go!

• My favourite colour is burgundy. Although I only ever seem to wear black. Ok, that fact is pretty lame. Hmm, gotta find something more interesting.
  
• My favourite food is Italian. Boring. Who doesn’t like Italian.

I have to do better than this, people want to know interesting things. What to write, what to write?

• I have an extremely long tongue and when I stick it out I can touch the bottom of my chin with it. Yes, I’m a circus freak.
  
• I have believed in all things paranormal since I was a child. My Father believes in all things paranormal and taught me alot of what I know.
  
• When I was ten, I fell on a barbed wire fence as I was trying to go over it and now I have a huge scar on my upper, inner right thigh. Why was I going over a barbed wire fence? I was following my brother. This is the same brother who ate poison berries. Twice and not only after my Mother told him not to, but both times were on the same day. That was the last time I followed him anywhere.

  • Breakfast at Tiffany’s. That damn cat gets me every time.
    
  • King Kong, the original with Fay Wray. That poor overgrown ape didn’t deserve to die. Fucking humans!
    
• My Mother wanted to name me Carrie Gertrude. My Father wanted Carolina. He won. The name Carrie stuck though. My Aunt Pat insisted on calling me Carrie, even though it drove my Mother nuts.
  
• My Father thought he made the name Carolina up. Turns out that not only is it a popular Italian or Spanish name. I have a great, great Aunt Carolina. So much for being creative.
  
• The first time my Father gave me a driving lesson I drove into a snow bank. He was stressing me out.
  
• I have some bad habits.
  
  • I rub my forehead when I am tired or stressed.
    
  • I pick at my cuticles
    
  • I twirl my hair when I’m bored or thinking
    
  • When someone is talking to me and I don’t want to listen, I day dream or completely tune them out.
    
  • I start to fidget and get very agitated when someone is taking to long to get to the point.
    
  • I am a pack rat and keep things... just in case.
    
• I want to live in a haunted castle in London, England.
  
• My dream is to go to Scotland and learn more about my ancestry.
  
• When I was eleven my parents left me at a religious camp, that turned out to be a cult camp and they were trying to brainwash all the children. Coming to my parents rescue on this, they honestly had no clue that this was a cult. They were tricked into believing that it was a summer camp. Oh, that was a juicy one, how to do I possibly top that. Maybe I won’t. Instead, am going to leave you hanging for the next edition of things you should know about me.
